Most performance springs that are used on the 6.0L/6.4L Powerstroke, are springs from another that are adapted to fit. Using a spring designed for a gasoline and using it on your Powerstroke, does not address all of the problems associated with high rpm, high boost pressure, diesel engines.

Does the spring you are currently using require you to machine the head or use different valvetrain components? Chances are you are running a rebadged, mass production gas spring.
