Type W is for applications up to 2000 volts and temperatures from -40°C to +90°C. Type W has a flexible strand soft drawn bare copper conductor per ICEA-S-75-381. Type W has ethylene propylene diene monomer EPDM insulation. Type W has a black chlorinated polyethylene CPE jacket, which is water, chemical, sunlight and abrasion resistant.
